I genuinely feel like a prisoner.. unpopular opinion.. there should be unlimited leave and more strict targets..

The leave bullshit is for everyone to stand in line..

I’d genuinely take 5% salary cut for unlimited leave and I 100% guaranteed would be happier and more productive..
