True, but the fact they use it as a legal argument to not transfer account ownership is concerning.

Why it’s there’s they own it, they don’t have to transfer anything. It’s always been like this.

Do we really own them if we cannot control them once they are published?

I’m not saying I want the ability to delete a note… but at least the ability to revoke a key that grants access to all notes.

We could publish to our own relay and delete those… but nothing stopping another relay from duplicating, right?

this is how they get around the problem of being "utilities" they are publishers, and they own everything you send them

that is why you don't send anything to them, you sign it with your npub, and they can't copyright it
