#asknostr What do you think?

nostr:npub12rv5lskctqxxs2c8rf2zlzc7xx3qpvzs3w4etgemauy9thegr43sf485vg NUT-11: Pay to Public Key (P2PK) seems a great way to incentivize nostr protocol decentralization.

1. Clients wrap signed Kind-01 note in JSON with NUT11 e-cash signed to the relay's npub:

{note: {Signed Kind-1 note}, relay_npub: "npub...", mint: "somemint.com", ecash: "NUT11 signed ecash"}

2. Relay decrypts and claims ecash with the relay nsec and then publishes note.

I could imagine a similar stryfry plugin that accepts negentropy requests based on e-cash.

An e-cash fee market develops for note publishing and inter-relay sharing. People profit. Signal rises above noise as posting/re-posting notes cost something. Zaps are recycled into the relays of the nostr protocol. People create more relays because they can break even / make money, the nostr protocol becomes more decentralized. E-cash adoption flourishes, virgins get laid, people are happy.
