I'm surprised you can't get it in micro plastics free glass jars.
You can get it in whatever you choose to tap it into. Will get glass bottles for that purpose soon

Ah! So those are containers you brought.
Glass should be easier to sterilize too. Though clean vs sterile probably doesn't make a big difference.
