Good morning.
I have qualms about supporting "scouting" as a whole now. As an Eagle Scout, I consider recent changes to be completely against the very basics of the BSA and can't really bring myself to bother with the whole org now.
That being said... Local troops are still doing fine and I won't buy popcorn simply because I can't eat it right now. 😅
I'm kinda in the same boat. I've been struggling with it since the new changed have gone into effect this year. The icing on the cake was seeing scouts match in pride parades over the summer.
I'm the Den Leader and Assistant Scout Master for my youngest boys pack. As long as my youngest still wants to put in the effort I'll match his. My oldest dropped out as Star rank over the summer after the pride bs and them letting the woke bs into the program. Plus he's more focused on football but I feel he got outta scouts, great experiences, good values in the beginning and a few high adventures he'll remember for the rest of his life.
I eat strictly animal based so yeah none for me either.

I would never let a son of mine, in the scouts or not, march in a friggin pride parade. Ugh.
It's hard raising kids these days, and that's coming from someone who has none of his own yet. ❤️🫂
