VPNs and translation tools are going to play an important role for the west going forward.
Yes Mike. I agree. I also anticipate a continuing distrust in any organization that supports any level of censorship.
For now it will be small potatoes. But as that trust dies. So shall those firms and they'll double down on their terrible policies.
What you'll end up with is hard times with crap government and crap corporations but the up-shot is :
1. The corps that didn't give in, will stand to be engines for the future century
2. New firms will stand up and take over the old, atrophied freedom-blockers
3. New (or old) technologies and paradigms will come into play, defeating the cencorious nature in the first place (long live torrents for example)
It's all gonna be good. We gotta smoke weed, slam wet snatches, and love our wives and children. (And post on nostr)
