All that record “cash-in” on trading day yet no BTC buying yet?

I wonder when, as I’ve been asking, they have to settle & align actual cash-in with reserves?

Some say end of day daily. Some say by closing next day. Time will tell but this is what you may call a lot of water building up behind the dam.

I forgot the paddles. I must be one with the current and go with the flow.

No worries. I usually just use my HWW to paddle. Can lead to some issues but it is what it is.

If they aren’t settling in real time wouldn’t that open the door for some serious arbitrage situations prior to settlement. Wouldn’t the price be artificially lower prior to them exchanging cash for ₿itcoin?

It would seem so, yes.
