Creative! Does aquavit come with naturally differing flavors? terroir, feedstock for fermentation? People used to tell me “vodka is flavorless” but grape/potato/wheat based vodkas are all very different.
It’s done with different seasonings to make it suitable for different food. It’s actually really good 🥃
