1 sat per vbit when bitcoin had no value was one one hundredredmillionth of zero. Putting it as zero was just probably all the computers could cope with!!!!! 🙌

No, it was zero, fees were added later as a spam prevention method.

The USD price has no impact on the internal accounting of Bitcoin.
