How do you hold yourself accountable when it comes to the application of said standards?

Be aware. Know thyself. Reflect. Understand that everything is energy, and that everything is interconnected. If you can get that far, it shouldn't be a stretch to deduce that we are all one.
Honesty, vulnerability and the willingness to learn (fail) in public are the cornerstones of accountability in my book.
