How do I know if this is activated for me? I’m purple and have been using TestFlight versions in the past just not sure if I am getting the latest.

Trying to do this now, the login page brings up the continue button but doesn’t change when I press it. I see I’m getting an OTP code but there’s nowhere on the webpage to submit it?
