Everytime I wake up by myself at 4AM, I give a thought to exercise, yoga, drinking tea in comfortable oversized sweater while watching sunrise, being mindful.. Then I think NOPE, turn around, have tge sweetest sleep ever and wake up at 7 feeling completely wrecked.
It's not that I wouldn't get up, but I'd need a nap at 11:30π
