to someone who has been unfairly victimized, the process of understanding how that can happen in the world, that there are problems with the status quo, is a matter of coming to terms with the injustice. and then be rightfully angry

to someone who has never been victimized due to privilege, where the status quo is a matter of their benefit, there is this immature thinking that victimization is only a matter of personal shame and personal failure. the idea of facing that sends them into irrational anger

they can never admit they have been conned. even if it means doubling tripling down on their victimization, even sublimating their entire identity to a cult. it's preferable to the shame

any lie will do. hard denial is their bedrock

this immaturity is all they can offer. it helps to extend toxic status quo, but it is a weakness that eventually fails them and their system in the end
