It’s possible.
The seed phrase generates many key pairs, which can be exported and then used in other apps. However, we still think that other apps should also consider using seed phrases, just like Bitcoin wallets use seed phrases.

The base of all keypairs should be a seedphrase that can be imported between different apps.
that seed phrase can then generate different keypairs that could be used stand alone in for example amethyst/ primal / damus OR import seed phrase and chose account from that.
