🇪🇺 In The European Union today:
- The censorship framework DSA violates the legitimacy of democracies (consent of the governed)
- DSA also undermines the notion of "informed consent"
- Chat Control 2 will violate the right to private & family life, home and correspondence
- The ongoing war on cash (decashing) undermines both property rights & freedom of contract
- CBDCs - ECB apparently looks for an October launch - will further undermine freedoms, as it will exterminate the freedom to transact
- Without the freedom to transact, freedom of assembly, speech and of religion is undermined
But do, pray tell, regale me with more examples of how the vapid bureaucracy and its European Democracy Shield is "protecting our democracy, upholding our values"...
