Isn't that the point of decentralization, though? So no one entity speaks for the population? If the client does all the censoring that it feels it should, does it make it any better than Twitter (X) or Facebook?

You’re missing the point where users can take their keys and leave the client whenever because the protocol is open. So yes, even if Primal censors, it is better than X or Facebook. We have an open marketplace for client selection. Markets will decide which clients are best over time. If you don’t like a client, vote with your keys by leaving 🤷🏻

Ehh it’s probably more a factor of the average person you run into 😅 but I suppose certain platforms can foster an expectation for ad-hominem arguments which feeds on itself while within that app…
