That is not genocide. A genocide is an attempt to eradicate a people just because they are those people. A genocide in Gaza will be if Israel tried to exterminate the Gazan population.
Israel did not try to do that.
If Israel will have tried, with their superior force, the death statistics wouldn't be 1:3.
These two specific instances might not even be war crimes.
I don't have the information about the specific cases that you are talking about, bit are you sure they were not justified? We're the people who were coming close to the food trucks civilians or were they armes Hamas members taking control if the food. Was the Hamas member in the building a high ranking member using the civilians as human shields?
The numbers prove that there is no genocide. Many of the so called "eat crimes" that Israel is caused of are justified actions of war.
