Oh man … grayscale for your screen is such a nice little hack. Makes looking at things so much easier without the color distraction!
I enabled grayscale as a shortcut on my power button on iOS so it’s easy to switch back if needed. So zen 😌

B&W is nice if you're just reading long content, but not ideal for following technical instructions, links, etc.
I can see how that would be useful if you're reading a lot of pages on web browsers or something along that line. Personally, I like a lot of color on my screens, as long as it's not burning my eyeballs or something haha.
