I found it a couple years ago I think a NY times article

1 big task (purpose of the day)

1 important medium task but not as urgent

2 the top four should line up with your

3 yearly monthly weekly goals

1 less urgent busy work task

2 these are the to do usually quicker

3 thjngs I’ll forget

4 this is day to day busy work stuff
