Can I agree with her completely and still ask what IF there are scenarios where the opposite of looking after yourself first is required for good? Did I make any statements?

she's not speculating "what ifs". she's using an example from her life to make a point and the point was missed 100%. no self no other. then read her message about track and field.
no Latrica, no others in the race, no lanes, nothing. that is the perspective her words are coming from (unless i am totally misreading her words, but i don't think so. she's doing a Zen turning word in a Christian format in her track and field story without even knowing it. it's gold.
