Replying to Avatar Mavis_v6

I've never been able to log in on my Android phone. I have the Brave browser and Amber authenticator. I copy the qr code by tapping it, paste it into amber, select "basic" or "fully trust" (tried both), and then go back to my browser. Then nothing happens. It still shows the QR code.

I also tried making a bunker and pasting that into flotilla but nothing happens there either.

Flotilla and Coracle work instantly when scanning a qr code that's on my PC, so it's not like Amber is not connected to the right relays or something.

Maybe flotilla doesn't catch an event that it should be listening to because the browser is in the background (while i'm giving perms in Amber)?

I've also had trouble with bunkers in Amber. Did logging in via the app button work?

Yes if I install the app from zapstore, there's an additional "log in with amber" option and that one works well.

Using amber to scan a qr code that's on another device like my PC also works well.

Only trying to log in to websites in my phone browser and using Amber with that doesn't work.
