500k a day. It's only a utxo if he withdraws it to wallet. Which would cost about 1k sats, maybe up to 5k, less that 1%. Consolidation would probably be likely quite a bit less if he found a window. Again about 1% rather than unspedable.

It's a good point in general though. I think unspedable utxos can still be consolidated, but cost more than the value. This would be useful for colored coins.
