Been smoking since 2007, and I stopped now yesterday (sort of) but today nothing at all.

Just this muted craving constantly; I think they say three days to kick it and then it's just habit.

It's easier when I'm not drinking but the real test is when I'm holding a beer and two beers down, that's the real test.

You can do it. Just keep yourself busy with good Thai food. As for urges when drinking / socialising... you'll get over it!

I feel for a celebratory cigarette right now though
