It feel more like Twitter but with better API for make custom client.

Also, i don't see any incentive to run a federation (like Mastodoon). Nostr has addressed this giving the ability to relays to being paid

For now i think Nostr protocol is simplier and easier to implement

Nothing is decentralized with bluesky atm. Maybe later once they let you migrate to another PDS.
