Life Power Tip
Clear your mind, focus on something you appreciate in your life then, make a plan. You never worry about good things happening, you worry about bad things happening. Worry makes you feel like you are doing something to resolve your situation, even though – you are not. It is time to quit overworking your worry.

Embrace who you are by being happy, and comfortable with yourself.
