I started some gardening like 3 years back. It's like a cross between meditation, excercise and a videogame to me. My mind is always in the present moment and I get into "just one more turn" mindset - easily spending many hours doing it. Which is great, because I don't have this with sports. Sports feel pointless and empty to me for some reason.
It's a great digital detox.
