I believe his main point was collateralized debt versus uncollateralized debt

Good debt vs bad debt

CC debt vs leveraging your assets to accumulate more wealth which has been proven time after time to work when done intelligently

I don't really have a clue or spent a lot of time thinking about debt. For me it just always felt wrong to be in debt. Thanks for pointing out that there are different forms of debt. There might be a place for «good debt».
