Does this mean he wants to buy bitcoin on behalf of every USD holder with newly printed dollars or reduce the existing supply of dollars by converting to #Bitcoin?
To buy bitcoin you need something with which to buy it, so his only course of action would be to inflate the money supply and thereby make all American dollar holders poorer. He’s basically announcing a multi-trillion dollar government spending program.
