How would numbers help you? Wouldn't you be better off deciding based on each system's merits and your use case?
I personally use Manjaro only as my dailyos in my desktop PC and laptop for coding, browseing and some casual gaming. But at work I use my company laptop which is Windows, I have no choice there.
