Thanks for the suggestion! I will start with a Bible reading plan and then look for reading group - would you suggest online or locally?
Discussion
I think finding one with insightful people is the top priority. That being said if you can find one locally with insightful people Iβd go with that over one thatβs online. Thereβs something about meat space interaction that just canβt be replicated on a video call.
I did some research for Bible study groups and reading plans.
In terms of study groups, there is only one in my area that meets at 10 (I think am) or (12pm) at noon during the week. Both of which I cannot attend.
For the study plans, I found one spread across 358 days and various on two apps Holy Bible and Bible Study Together - they suggest a chronological cross-referencing plan. Are there any plans or apps that helped or worked particularly well with you?
I appreciate your help!
So Iβve been thinking of doing a recurring Bible study / prayer room on Nests or Cornychat; this may be what finally makes me do it π
Would a weekday evening (EST / New York time) other than Thursday or Friday interest you?
That would great! The only caveat is that I am based in Europe GMT/BST so early evening would work best for me.
So just checking, would 21 or 22:00 GMT be too late, then?
I personally can do earlier but most other people in my time zone would still be at work.
Yes, 21 or 22 works well! Especially Tuesdays but flexible to do Mondays or Wednesday as well.
I think Tuesdays at 22:00 GMT works, but once a month Iβll have to leave a little early. Other people will likely be able to stay though π
Speaking of before getting definitive Iβm going to post about this generally and see if anyone else prefers Wednesday to Tuesday.
Iβm so in!!! This is a beautiful idea!
Hey! I love using YouVersion! The plans are awesome!
Got it thank you! Started with a Good Friday prayer.
