#ENGIE sent me the most word-salad, fiat-legal-jargon term sheet I’ve ever seen. I’ve read a lot of contracts, but this one takes the cake.

Gonna hit him tomorrow with: “…sir, can you send me the ‘Green Eggs and Ham’ version of this term sheet. That’s the only thing I’ve ever read prior to receiving this. Please bring colorful pictures, crayons, and simple words to our follow up meeting.” 😂😂
