Bought two $45/lb wagucci prime NY strips today to celebrate a milestone. Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had and my brother who is a cook and food snob said the same.

There was so much flavor it tasted like I’d made some incredible marinade but it was just the beef and ample sea salt. Yes we ate it on paper plates 😂👑

Yes! I love that stuff. Redmond sea salt too. I never use that garbage table salt nacl shit anymore

I guess I have thin enamel (yes, I've used real salts before, I stick to grinding my own).
