How do I upload videos to #divine?

There doesn't appear to be any kind of option for it.

And the trending feed is the same videos as yesterday (i can tell from the captions as none of the videos on the trending feed will load)

I tried adding /upload to see if it'd take me there but that didn't work, can not find any options to upload anywhere on the site
