My take, trillions of USD can’t access BTC because of regulations, and MSTR offers an attractive alternative.

Lol I was referring to the underlying business, but yeah I get that its a bitcoin proxy and funds their purchases of Bitcoin since its only them in US capital markets offering this kind of arb'ing...Wonder how long before other US listed companies catch on to the trade

I thought that was Coinbases job, they custody around 900k coins if I'm not mistaken, add that 200k from Silk Road and the US is sitting pretty
