Why is that stupid?
Bitcoin is an inclusive global protocol and asset and needs to be distributed globally, not in the USA exclusively.
No one is distributing Bitcoin anywhere. Nor is anyone talking about taking from anyone else. Nor does anyone have the ability to do so, that's the entire point of Bitcoin. It's smart for world leaders to get on board with it.
