Every yrar, the first Agora Market of the season, I get only 4-6 hours sleep the night or two before the event, and it destroys me. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
You can't make up for lost sleep either. A nap may slightly restore a bit of alertness, but it's still lost sleep. Sleep isn't just a time to rest, but it's the time our bodies use to repair, and missing out on those times takes years off our lives. When we're young, we're like, "Oh, I'll sleep when I'm dead lol", but once you pull a few all-nighters, the lack of sleep starts to take effect.
