I chatted with someone in a foreign country this morning. I would have preferred AI.
Yeah. They lost my package but they pretend they didn't.
I switched from Amazon to mostly eBay a few years ago. Canceled my prime and save a bunch of money every year. 2-day free shipping turned into 2-day free shipping from the day shipped. Then they didn't ship for a few days and you got your package a week later anyways. Most of the time, eBay had a cheaper price anyways so I was paying the same with shipping as I was for the product with free shipping from Amazon and I received the packages in around the same time frame anyways. So I killed prime because I don't use prime video anyways and the only other benefit was a free twitch sub for $120 a year.
Long story short, fuck Amazon. There are better alternatives. Vote with your wallet.

Undeliverable (like once a month)...no explanation. Never happened before this year like this.
Same. My package got delayed 2h away from me. A week ago. Now needed to be very Karen to some Indian Guy (or Bot, or mixture, I'm not sure) just to get a refund. He wanted me to wait another week before they finally admit they lost it. Amazon's own delivery service.
Since they switched from trying to acquire users to trying to make money. I liked it better when they were burning through shareholder capital instead of my time.
