Eastern Washington state has straight up nothing for any cuisine much less their own.

Thank god I learned to bbq, and make red chili a very long time ago.

😂 western Washington has some good food. But I had to really search to find it. The main problem I have found is most things are just bland.

What he said. Freshwater fish is bad ass up here but it's hard to find places that serve it outside of Spokane (which has some bad-ass all around food). The smaller towns around here? forget it.
