I hear you. If I had a nickel for every time I've heard someone say "organized religion" drove them away from their faith, I'd have a lot of bitcoin! 😀 No doubt the church has made grievous errors at times in a lot of ways. So often I hear these same people say things like, "nature is my cathedral, that's where I find religion" or something of that form. My personal opinion...they're patiently healing.
