This isn't the problem. You're missing the point. I did those things and got dismissed with malicious and abusive excuses. Everything I do gets dismissed with cheap excuses. It isn't that I'm missing the mark. It's that I'm constantly under attack while my mark gets ignored and every other move gets amplified as disingenuity. And because there's always such an excuse, I'm always under attack and always the bad guy.
