I'd say this is borderline NoSFW (there's a free client name for ya🫡) but I think this would even still be considered sfw by the p damn strict insta rules and autodetects.
I don't follow NoSFW accounts partly cos I do actually use nostr at work, in a workplace (not all of us a devs WFH and going all day, ya know lol).
Besides I only posted it for the Mark Fisher book in the background.

This is NSFW most cuz it’s just fkn weird. Watching it with the sound off, it is not overtly sexually but it insinuates 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘹. Then you become the office weirdo, spoken about in hushed tones…bad look all around.
