No wonder Biden graduated near the bottom of his law school class

Biden graduated near the bottom of his class in law school for a reason.  You cannot change the "good behavior" standard set out in the Constitution with term limits by statute.  Yet, Biden says this while claiming to defend the Constitution and separation of powers.
