On 6/4/1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, EO 11110 was signed with the authority to basically strip the

of its power to loan money to the US gov at interest. With the stroke of the pen, #JFK declared that the privately owned Fed would soon be OOB.

This EO has never been repealed, amended, or superceded by any subsequent EO. In simple terms, it is still valid.
