I believe and hope that the ethos of open source is for doing righteously good thing for people, society and world at large.

Instead of wasting time on “frivolous“ lawsuits, I think the focus should be how open source and its backed technology to be utilized at large scale beyond geographical limits.

Technology can be good while also can be bad, depending how it is been used and by whatever entities.
