The best pillows are filled with natural silk. Buckweat is 2nd. Wool, 3rd.

What’s the reason? Comfort?

Now I must have a silk-filled pillow….

I've been trialing this one to great success. Not quite ready to recommend it, but if you're willing to take a chance:

Perfect! TY!

Finding a pillow that supports the cervical curve yet doesn’t overcompress the upper trap and the dual capiti is challenging.

Buckwheat is too hard, as is almost everything else.

Definitely going to give this a try!

Sorry but buckwheat first, and by a long stretch 😉

Trialing the PineTails millet pillow in Japanese Plus Size 14" x 20".

On night two I've got the volume of millet within the right ballpark. I've noticed much less movement throughout the night and, compared with other pillows, better support for back and side sleeping.

The bamboo cover stays cool. I'll probably get a silk pillow case for it.

Unlike wool, the millet won't clump or get lumpy over time. Unlike silk, the millet is very firm and can be quickly molded like sand to form to the curvature of the neck and skull.

Buckweat smells much better than millet, but millet is finer and less noisy.

So far I'd say it's #WorthTheSats. 🤔
