absolute best things i did for my hormones (reduced cramps and pms symptoms):

- more sun, especially within the first hour of waking up ☀️

- grounding

- no more plastic ANYTHING (cups, cutting board, tupperware, utensils)

- eating more red meat and organs 🥩

- low impact workouts like walking and pilates the week leading to my period

- cotton menstrual products (reusable pads, 100% cotton pads and tampons)

- using natural skincare and hair products (love tallow for my skin)
