I'd like to think move us forward but idk

Me too, but what good is money? Money is time and energy captured in a unit of account. We won't need many units to live anymore. What good is the money? We wouldn't even need it maybe.
So... here's the thing. Everything you said is true. But Bitcoin, by design, is meant to consistently increase in value. Hence the halving. The opportunities that a material, like LK-99, opens up could possibly be the environment that is needed to mine. And if what you say is correct and the price of Bitcoin does decrease, due to this type of technology, then that would create a much better entry point for the global population. 🤔 Unless, I'm missing something. Idk.
I think it's relative right? It's the best money known to man to date. So, it would be our new default regardless. Or at least, I'd like to think it is.
