Well, ordinals are spammy to be honest lol just looking at the mempool fees should be enough of a point.
But they in fact secure the network by bringing more miners and thus increasing the hashrate. Itβs almost ironic in a sense. Miners are making money, dumb people are trading ntfts, but in doing so the network gets even a lot more secure.
