Which lightning wallet do you use to fund the escrow? I was using Phoenix, but it recently stopped working. I haven’t done the legwork to figure out which lightning wallet to use, and lightning is always so difficult.

Not sure what you mean by escrow, I used to use Wos when I was doing it to fund the upfront fee and receive the sats, I use Phoenix now.
