I have a few servers in Ukraine with varying hosting providers. Even they manage to get pretty much 100% uptime while Russia intentionally tries to destroy the civilian power grid, so... I dunno that uptime is the best measure. 😂

Is it because UPS or because different physical locations?
UPS+diesel backups, like most data centers.
The small amount of downtime I'm aware of was due to, eg, diesel generators running out of diesel – Russia also targets civilian fuel infrastructure too... For awhile Ukraine had serious shortages of diesel and gasoline.
That said, one data center I was using was in a city that was under daily untargetted artillery attacks. Just luck that my server never got blown up.
